We want you to be completely satisfied with your Wristbandy purchase. If you receive a defective product, we’ll make it right.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective or damaged.

To start a return, please contact us at wristbandy.com/support. We may ask for a photo of the product to help speed up the process.

Once approved, you may return the defective item for either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for non-defective items due to personalization and custom engraving.
